Booking Terms and Conditions 

We primarily accept bookings by email at radnisdogs@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +358 40 587 8038. 

Please include the following information with your booking request: 

• First and last name 

• A phone number that can be used in Finland 

• Email address 

• Group size and participants (e.g. child under 12 years / adult) 

You may suggest suitable dates and times when making the booking. The final schedule will always be agreed together based on current availability. 

• Please arrive on time according to the agreed schedule 

• Payment is made in cash or by card after the experience 

• If you are unable to attend, please cancel your booking or arrange a new date as soon as possible 

• The service provider reserves the right to cancel the activity/experience due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances 

• All service prices listed on the website include value-added tax (VAT) 

• By making a booking, you agree to the terms and conditions stated above
